  My wife and I had one of the best sales experiences that I can recall today with the store manager Young Chang. He was friendly, inviting and made this an enjoyable sales experience vs the expected high pressure sales approach one might expect. We appreciated that he took his time and explained the features of each bed we were interested and helped us check each option until we found the right mattress that works for both of us. Surprisingly it was the very first mattress that he asked us to try but I appreciated the willingness to go through everything to make us feel comfortable and make this much easier than the last time we purchased a mattress. If you are in the market or considering making a long term investment in a new mattress you would be well served to take the time and come to visit with the wonderful sales professionals at Mattress Firm of Centreville!
