First visit and I was very impressed. The salesperson Zai was very professional. He knew the products and gave a best recommendation on the type of bed we should get to fix our back pain once for all. Strongly recommended. Thanks for your time and help Zia.

I recently wrote a [negative] review of this store. Subsequently, Johnathan, the Salesperson, returned to work and, with the FULL support of his management, were able to straighten out the problem in short order. I greatly appreciate their help, and I'm now a VERY happy customer. If you're mattress shopping I would go out of my way to engage Johnathan. Everybody says they stand behind their product, up until you pay! These guys really excelled at Customer Satisfaction in the end!
