  I have been a customer here for several years and have been more than pleased. Today I went in with a broken phone outside of the warranty, and the issue needed to be handled directly with Verizon over the phone. Instead, Karim from the store went out of his way to call for me while I was there. An hour and a half later a new phone is en route. Karim was more than happy to go above and beyond, and his pleasant attitude was very much appreciated. I'll always buy my phones from here as long as I am a Verizon customer.

  Cody was very helpful and knowledgeable about the new phones. My mom didn’t know too much going to the store. Cody also told us how to fix an ongoing problem that has plagued mine and my mom’s phones for years! Mom has a great new phone and I won’t be getting my mom’s texts anymore!
